Designed right here at HFRI, our recovery system is the key to providing our clients with the efficiency and results that they expect. Our MedCollex System was designed and implemented to cater to the needs of client recovery, while remaining agile enough to conform to ever-changing requirements in the marketplace.

Our account representatives have immediate access to all account information available, including notes, carrier details, and transactions, clinical and billing information.

All hospital notes, bills and correspondences are scanned for reference and claim resubmission. This allows us the ability to run a highly eco-friendly, paper free office. This also cuts down on costs to our clients as our digitized system saves money otherwise spent on printing, filing, and manual archiving of paper documents.

Our Virtual Business Office uses terminal and keystroke emulation processes, ensuring highly accurate and prompt daily retrieval of detailed data from your system to our MedCollex System. This allows us rich, up to date access to all detail from each account. Having access to this data allows our account representatives to immediately react to new accounts placed, with more information at their disposal.

Our MedCollex System doesn’t simply import data from your system. All of our detailed account activity is uploaded back into each individual client system on a daily basis. Our process works with virtually any Internet-facing terminal, including most IBM mainframes, MEDITECH, Affinity, and Web based interfaces. Every reconciliation process is fine tuned to the specific needs of each client. This allows your company to continue conducting their business as usual without any extra effort required to have access to the most up-to-date progress on placed accounts. If your terminals are not Internet-facing, we will still provide you with timely updates of account activity in a format preferable to you and your IS requirements.
