ROBERT ANDERSON JOINS HFRI
Robert M. Anderson, CPAM, FHFMA, has joined HFRI as Senior Consultant for Healthcare Products and Services effective May 1 2007.
As many know, Mr. Anderson recently retired as Director of Business Office at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
Bob has almost 40 years experience in healthcare finance and revenue cycle.
His experience and leadership will be of great assistance to all our companies and services.

For hospitals currently processing patient balance accounts through Healthcare Resources Customer Service Program, we assure you that we are currently in compliance with the requirements of this legislation.
Other sections of HB 4999 relates to collection activity that occurs after accounts have completed Healthcare Resources Customer Service. We would suggest contacting your contracted collection agents to ensure their compliance.
