Healthcare Resources provides the necessary follow-up and tracking of claims to ensure prompt and proper reimbursement for all billed services. Dependent upon the terms of each contract or State guidelines, we will appeal and follow up for proper reimbursement. In addition to uploading detailed notes to the provider on accounts that have been underpaid, Healthcare Resources can provide reports, by payer, to assist in identifying potential lost revenue and contract disputes. Our pursuit of underpayments will ultimately improve cash flow.
